Ina joined PACE Loan Group in 2023 as an Originator. She is responsible for driving lead generation and bolstering client relations, as well as handling initial deal screening and underwriting. Prior to joining PLG, Ina held a similar position for Twain Financial Partners, as well as an Asset Management Analyst position for a multifamily investment firm, MG Properties, and a Financial Analyst Internship position for a vertically integrated real estate investment firm, Swift Real Estate Partners. She serves as the co-chair for CREW San Diego's Emerging Leaders and is also a member of ULI San Diego.

Ina graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of San Diego (USD).
